Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at contact@dionisly.com with your order details and issue.

Shipping for Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
